STEVE-O Posted August 20, 2016 Report Share Posted August 20, 2016 I live it in the east side and given my work schedule it's pretty hard to get the car into a basic shop to get some work done because of time . Looking for someone who can weld in a straight pipe for a repair. 2005 A4 2.0t Previous owner had the resonator removed and had a straight pipe welded in place, however the flange on the resonator pipe side has broken where the weld rusted through, so I need that cut out and a new straight piece welded back in. Haha yes recent threads I have seen all referred to a shop or one other to someone who also owned a business and was not close to the east side either. I don't mind a shop but working m-f 8-5 and having a child as well doesn't make it easy to drop your daily off at a shop for the day for them to repair but if it comes down to it I will set it up, was hoping someone at home with a lift and or welder could knock it out Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
