We can all help you though if you want to try. Easiest way to watch whatever HD is a computer. Buy an apple TV or a windows box. I've been rocking a $200 microcenter special for 7+ years. But then you can just remove it again yourself I did TWC's DIY kit. When i picked up my modem the lady at the TWC place said that since the line was already active they wont be sending a tech out.
