I had M&M do some work on a bike motor for me, and it ran great afterwards. They're all pretty easy to check yourself with a couple of tools, unless you want actual machine work done. PM me for his contact information if you want. Although it doesn't sound too bad, you might be able to watch some youtube videos and figure out how to do what you need.
