It's a pretty cool place, has a big basement room that can be used as a theater or additional bedroom. Big basement storage/workroom area that I don't believe is included in the square footage. He's retired and has spent a lot of time maintaining these properties, making sure shit is done right. No paint jobs with giant globs of paint over the light switches here.
