One reason I want a sportbike is for the responsiveness - isn't the horsepower directly relative to the responsiveness? Or should I be looking at torque?? magley64 Posted May 6, 2009 Report Share Posted May 6, 2009 it's a mix, horsepower, torque, gearing, and weight are what play into the responsiveness of a sport bike...(notice vtwin cruisers have way more torque than sport bikes, but are dog ass slow) if you want a sport bike, a standard will probably not make you happy IMO Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
