HVAC Techs near Circleville

Is there anyone on here that does HVAC and is near the Circleville area? Or does anyone have a contact for a reputable person that isn't going to nickle and dime and rip an older couple off?

 

My in-laws home A/C isn't working. With the weather having warmed back up quite a bit, it needs fixed. But they are afraid it's going to cost them an arm and a leg, so they aren't doing anything about it. This heat isn't good for them and their health.

HVAC mechanical is in Asheville and who we use for our house and business
