Mainframe programmers

I'm looking to hire 1, 2, or more mainframe programmers. If you know of a GREAT candidate, let me know.

To head off the OMG, MAINFRAME!?!? dumb comments, yes there is still good money to be made as droves of people are retiring.

Not only that, a lot of mainframe systems are nearly hacker proof, so companies don't upgrade their systems because of that...

Can this be a remote position? Do you have a job description I can send him?

On-site in Easton. Looking for 10+ years in COBOL, CICS, DB2 and related tools. I will say based on the last 4 people that came and went, it's a fast paced environment. Meaning, folks that got used to working at huge banks and hiding in their little corner not contributing will NOT last.

No official posting yet. When it's out on Monster, Indeed, etc. I'll share.
