The accident occurred on London-Granville Road at Lockbourne Road around 2 a.m., 10TV News reported. Deputies told 10TV News the man went off the side of the road, hitting a fire hydrant and ending up unconscious in a ditch. The man was transported to Grant Medical Center with serious injuries, but deputies said the man was expected to survive. The man's identity was not released early Tuesday. London-Granville Road was shut down for several hours early Tuesday, disrupting some traffic for businesses involved with cargo transportation at Rickenbacker Airport. I get off work sometimes btwn 2a-330a and ride home... granite it is less than a 10 min ride.Lots of variables to consider...- drunk?- something in the road?- deer?- simply didn't see the turnGlad he'll be alright.
