I want to lower my 97 dakota 3" in front and 4" in rear but I want a quality ride still so I've looked into spings and shock kits and what not I found these torsion bar keys on e-bay anyone know about these things? is this a cheap way to lower my truck or a gimick?

oh man! mini trucks questions..

for a small drop 2/3 i would do coils in the front and blocks in the rear. Anything more and i suggest a bolt in cnotch found here.

Stay away from torson keys. On your truck you can lower it some with the torson bars but wont keep your ride. The keys just allow you to lower with them just alittle more, and your ride is gone. I personally would go with the complete djm kit. Its alittle pricey, but it will be done right.
