fireman_343
This is on my 01 R6... I just replaced my regulator last year, and now this... what could be the problem?? Are my grounds not connected good enough?? Does anyone know where the grounds are located at?? I can't locate them. I'm no electrical wizard, and suck at this kind of shit, but any help would be great on how to fix this... I know I'll need to replace the plug or just wire it thru a connector of some kind? BTW, I've got the manual on a CD, so I can check out what it says here in a little bit. Thanks in advance
yotaman88210
looks more like the connections on the plug are not tight enough. I had this happen on my old truck too. The connections get loose and then its not a good contact and it heats up. No bueno! Sorry to seee that man!
fireman_343
That is what happened to my regulator last year, damn connections were not tight. I'm going to look into it now.. I just put my son down for a nap and now I can get some alone time with my bike!
