Casper
www.searchincolumbus.com / Exit One RealtyDo not use this website when searching for a home. First off, they make you sign up on their website. Okay fine. Then you guessed it, they spam your ass several times a day:Hi Ben,I noticed that you have not signed up for listing alerts. In an effort to know the instant your dream property hits the market, I can provide you with daily email updates on properties that match your criteria.Let me know if you would like me to set it up, or you can do it yourself at my website http://www.searchincolumbus.com by clicking on "My Tools" and going down to "My Alerts"Tomas QuintanaExit One RealtyOffice Phone: 614-212-7676Cell Phone: 614-354-4838Email: tquintana@searchincolumbus.comWeb: http://tomas.searchincolumbus.comI've received several of that same email from "Thomas" and at least two other people. Finally, I reply to "Thomas":Please stop emailing me. Thanks. His reply:Hi Ben,This is just a courtesy email to notify you that you will no longer receive anything from myself or this site. Unfortunately it also means that you will no longer have access to all the homes for sale in central ohio, but feel free to come back when you are truly ready to buy.thanks for your time,Tomas QuintanaExit One RealtyOffice Phone: 614-212-7676Cell Phone: 614-354-4838Email: tquintana@searchincolumbus.comWeb: http://tomas.searchincolumbus.comTruly ready to buy??? Seriously??? You can't use their website to search for properties unless you sign up. By me emailing him asking to stop spamming me, they deactivate my account so I can no longer search. WTF? So, pass this around. Obviously these are not people anybody should buy a house from. They are 100% only interested in your money, not be of service or support.
