Tops out at 30 on level ground. -Replaced broken rear spoked wheel with MINT 1980 mag wheel, replaced magneto cover, fuel filter, kick brake lever assembly. -lights do not work, short in the circuit -small fuel leak attributed to loose seal (didnt leak before i replaced carb gasket) I really love this moped, but I need the money.
