REBUILD WAS DONE AT F&S IN DAYTON OHIO. I HAVE ALL PAPER WORK THAT WAS DONE ON MOTOR. THE ONLY THING THIS BIKE NEEDS IS 2 NEW TRUNK LATCHES. AND THE SEAT HAS A SLIGHT TEAR IN IT.
