A complete modular wire harness system to facilitate the installation of LED lights on a Honda GL1800.

What it does:

Creates an organized, reliable, high quality foundation for LED light installation. Simplifies installation enough that many DIY'ers can now tackle installing hundreds or thousands of LED lights on their motorcycle.

You care because:

Professional installation of accessory lights is very costly. This kit saves an estimated 10-14 hours of dealer installation labor ($600-$900). Very few people (including dealers) have the skills or resources to create true clean, organized, and reliable installation of large numbers of lights. Improperly or poorly installed lights can become a nightmare for owners and mechanics.

Features:

Extremely high quality construction giving you the reliability that even the best dealer installation cannot match. Clean and durable construction with no loose wires anywhere. All splices are soldered and shrink-wrapped before being completely wrapped in abrasion resistant wire sheathing. All junctures are shrink-wrapped then coated with plasti-dip. Aviation quality waterproof connectors are placed at the most common service points on the bike: 4 under the rear of the seat, 2 under each side panel, 2 under each front pocket, 2 on the lower triple clamp, and 2 under the front lower cowl for a total of 16 connectors. If this is not enough simply use the 'Y' connectors to add more access points. All access points are designed to place connectors at the most common service points making removing body panels with lights installed a simple click of the connector.

The wire harness controls three independent circuits for amazing flexibility. The recommended set up is to use RGB lights and then use a controller to create a myriad of color combinations. Simply connect the power leads to the battery and then plug the controller end to a controller or handlebar switch - plug and play.........then start adding lights.

The complete system uses four different colored wires consistently throughout the set - each having one function. No more mystery wires.
