New parts include tubes/tires, fuel petcock, rear brake cable, and handlebar mirror. It has only 1242 miles on the puch motor, not even broke in. The top speed with me (220 lbs.) is 32mph. It has a very clean gas tank, carb, lights work great, and so does the horn. Very easy maintenance with no oil changes and requiring no battery. Gets abut 100 mpg, and as you can see, in excellent condition. State of Ohio does not require titles for mopeds, just a bill of sale which I will provide at time of purchase.
