Craigslist Posted March 1, 2010 Report Share Posted March 1, 2010 If your looking for a chromed out- over done fatbob tank-ape hanger ridiculous paint with flames and lame crap add ons this isnt the Sportster yer looking for.S&S Super E Carb and manifoldStainless Steel valves and new guides. 30 over Pistons BarrelsRight side shift 23 tooth front sprocket 530 o-ring chainSBS rear brakesRussell Stainless front disc and Russell Lines with recent brake seals along with after-market front master cylinderPaint on tank and rear fender done in last year,its black with clear coat. Also larger 3 gallon tank and chopped fender included thats painted Mercedes Benz Red with very cool pinstripe , simple but looks good.A lot of extra parts included such as forward controls/handle bars/ 2 inch drag pipes heat wrapped and much more. Its a 35 year old Sportster that looks better than some of the recent crap thats been on CL . This is not a rat bike or a garage queen.Will send you a link to see the bike if yer curious,I dont wanna hear about the Sportster yer friend had,and dont waste your or my time about any lame comments about the Sportsters made in the 70s.
