Lets the insurance go down and we'll all know which wire to snip to allow full power from the bike...Won't happen like you think, anyways. Probably top limit them to like 150 or something which is senseless. I mean, it still goes fast up to the restricted speed, right? Look at the supercars that are governed on top speed.
