wrillo Posted June 28, 2010 Report Share Posted June 28, 2010 Well since no one here is offering you any advice, check your owners manual, or find it online. I would set it back up to stock (whatev the manual tells you)... it'll be something like 3.5 turns from bottom for a 140lb person for example. It should also tell you something that'll clue you in to how much weight each turn accounts for. Adjust accordingly.
