chevysoldier Posted July 8, 2010 Report Share Posted July 8, 2010 The Tstat should be where the upper hose goes into the engine. Probably a couple of 10mm or 12mm bolts to take the cover off. Then take the old tsat out and replace with new. Make sure you clean the surfaces of any old gasket material or the old o-ring. Replace with new. This is generic knowledge, not gsxr specific.
