This individual should be considered silly because he always has a smile on his face. Suspect is on the loose in the Columbus metro area. He has already violated several members lawns and has left black skid marks at the club house. Proceed with caution suspect is know to wheelie at will and should be considered a threat to decent people on golf courses and public areas like stairs and bike paths.
