So I checked "no paypal account" and tried to process my credit card..... not. Rejected. Tried a different card.... not. Apparently my name is blacklisted in their database now. Anybody can use paypal (except me ) to accept payments including credit cards, but only more legitimate merchants have actual merchant credit card accounts to process card payments normally.
