It's basically in incentive to get an extra year of benefits. So many claims are made incomplete they clog up the system. Casper Posted March 8, 2011 Report Share Posted March 8, 2011 No war veteran of this nation should be denied benefits because the paperwork is a pain in the ass to complete.Instead of giving extra to those who fill out the forms correctly, shouldn't you just make the forms easier to fill out?
