bandit12
There is an Amish family that lives down the road from my oldest boy and on occasion you will hear the kids ride by his house with the stereo blasting. They have some sort of player hooked up to a battery in their buggy and blast that boom boom bass crap, lol. They built what looks to be an outhouse near the road but it is actually a phone booth.Just some mixed up Mennonites living in an Amish paradise. Them an amish kid turns 16 they get a chance at freedom. Is a tome for them to see what its like on the other side for a few years. Then after the church says they have to decide wether they wanna join the church again or not. Its called rumspringa. And the telephone booth is normal. They are allowed to have one butbit has to be so far from the house. The amish faith is about he simple things of life. Dedicating your life to god and hard work is what its all about. There are different sects or classes of amish too, they refer it to as low and high. The lower class sects are the most primitive and least wealthy. They pretty much give everything they earn directly back to the church. the higher class will use more modern equipment such as generators, solar panels, and even cell phones for business.
