More than anything else, it seems like the rectifier is the number one electrical part that fails on modern motorcycles. Despite their seemingly simple task of converting AC current from your motorcycle’s stator to DC current and stabilizing voltage output from the stator, the cost of such a device is surprisingly expensive when sourced from the OEM! Rick’s Motorsport Electrics rectifiers are designed to provide cost-effective, OEM-replacement rectifiers that require no modifications to install. Simply remove the failed rectifier/regulator from your motorcycle, bolt on the unit from Rick’s, plug it in with the OEM-style connectors and you’re ready to ride. For applications requiring extra power output (like heated grips), high-output MOSFET versions are available for select motorcycles.

Rick’s Motorsport Electrics rectifier/regulators are available for most newer motorcycles.

These rectifiers are not yet available on our website. For more information, call Mike at 866.931.6644 x 804 to discuss all options available for your particular motorcycle. You can also send a note to FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM with AFTERMARKET MOTORCYCLE RECTIFIER in the subject line and please be sure to include the model and year of your motorcycle so we can get back to you right away.

Rick’s Motorsport Electrics rectifiers are designed to bolt in place of the OEM unit with no modifications required.

Almost every one of Rick’s rectifiers comes with direct plug-in OEM connectors. No cutting, soldering or splicing required.

Hot Series rectifiers (available for select motorcycles) feature reliable MOSFET circuitry for additional power output.
