Beegreenstrings
Been pondering the rebuild on the VTX. Was wanting chrome for it but I am thinking of black after looking at the Superhawk wheels? ORWill Fury wheels fit a VTX1300? Thoughts Anyone? Was looking for pictures but did not find any... Hoblick
doubtful fury wheels will fitfury front wheel is a 21. doubt that will fit under the front fender, also fury is a single disc brake, so youd have to go to a single disc up front rear would definately not fit. its alot wider wheel than a vtx1300, and being shaft driven, you probably couldnt make it work even if it would clear the swing arm. Beegreenstrings
I dont care for that pics... But maybe it is because the bike itself is red? Dont know. I know these factory wheels suck azz. They are frosting on me. Look like chit. I have polished and polished. They look good from a distance but up close look like chit. One of many ideas. Hoblick, I wish buddy. That is why I was asking about the Fury wheels. I wanted to rake it a little and have been looking around. Rake the front about 3-5 degreesChange the front wheel to a 21Change the rear shocks to re-levelMaybe add a splash of color to the tank (already removed the emblems)Add a Batwing.Like what you have going, but I would like to stick with my Honda. With Xmas coming and the woman wanting a new Browning maxus shotgun. Kind of puts a damper on those wheels. I wish though. All black going to be too black?

Hoblick
your better off doing a chrome exchange, or just powder coating, either black or you can get a chrome powder coating that will come out kind of more polished aluminum looking.if you do polish your wheels they will go to hell really quick unless you keep up on them
Beegreenstrings
I am still up in the air on it. I probably sit in the garage and stared at them for a hour last night. Trying to get a good idea. I am thinking the chrome is going to look the best and be the best option.
