It's rather dated and one thing I promised my wife was that I would eventually get rid of it. Of course I didn't realized how involved that would be so I think I'm better hiring out this job for the sake of time and peace. This involves a family room and living room with vaulted ceilings, a hallway, and a 1.5 story foyer.I'd like an estimate of both skim coating (assuming 4 coats) with mud over the existing wall and sanding down. And another quote on just removing the drywall altogether and replacing with new boards and skim coating.If anyone can recommend someone you've used or know please PM me.
