magley64
again, all but ignoring Ron Paul, who could pull quite an upset...
Cheech
Mitten's got no chance in Iowa. It's not about what the message is anymore, it's about who surges last, especially with low-information voters. So far Santorum and Paul have the momentum, which doesn't surprise me in the least. Santorum's a fundie (and there are a lot of his kind out there), and Paul consistently throws populist stuff out there.Romney's going to get the nom simply because he has a mountain of financial backing. Even if RON PAUL goes on national television and pulls a Oral Roberts saying that God would call him him home if he doesn't raise millions of dollars in a week, Rove and his SuperPACs would bury him in negative ads and sheer force of their finances.Welcome to post-Citizens United, kids.
