madcat6183 Posted June 4, 2012 Report Share Posted June 4, 2012 I realized as soon as I sprayed this stuff on my aftermarket black Moto Metals why it was free when I bought wheel cleaner. It says it turns to a white haze while drying, and then goes away once dry(15 mins later). I waited 30 minutes and my wheels were still white. Waited 15 more and couldn't take it. Turns out the stuff dried to like a crust and I had to get a towel from washing my fiance's Escape that was soaked and use it to remove all of it. Took about 30 minutes and was awful.I was really excited to see someone carrying this as I can't find, nor will I try to Meguires version locally after this mistake.I guess it might work okay for OEM or something, but I tossed it already and figured the 4.99 I spent on wheel cleaner I didn't need was a lesson learned.
