Comes with wheels, handle and custom cover.Has not been used for years and was used only for tire warmers at racetrack so low hours. $400 or make offer.Can power two sets of warmers easily and has done three. We usually did the long extension cord or put it on the other side of the trailer and it was fine. Certainly not quiet but not deafening either.
