I laughed at the back of one of their shirts. I've seen the ripoff (or maybe AMA "borrowed" it. Dunno) on a lot of stuff, but this one just struck me as LOL. This isn't him, but its the shirt. Apparently too obvious to trademark.CraigI'm guessing they deliberately don't trademark it for American sports orgs to use as a template. The logos are too similar for it not to be on purpose. It's promoting nationalism. Besides, all the logos are technically very different, just using the same color and concept. I don't know enough about trademarking to know what you can and can not trademark but I'm guessing this theme is a little vague. Any experts out there?
