The biggest problem with this (aside from the fast that he was calling out the Obama Administration, not liberals as a ideological group) is that almost everything that came out of Paul Ryan's mouth was a flat out lie. I don't mean that he stretched the truth now and then, or distorted some facts as politicians often do. He just came out and lied for 20 minutes straight, and called it a speech.
