Judge ordered a fine be sent to the Sandy Hook support fund.

Good thing judges have judicial immunity! They can basically do whatever they want without fear of repercussions, iirc.

Nope. Prosecuting attorney, Ferrero, needs to issue a civil action against judge Forchione for payment back to the treasury. But since Ferrero signed in approval Forcione's judgment entry he needs to appoint a special out of county prosecutor and recuse himself. Muuahaha ha

This judge wants to be appointed as a federal judge by the president. Explains his actions. This is getting nationwide attention.
