Standard XD mag is 10 rounds (13 for the newer ones post-ban or non CA)... for the 9mm and 40SW

If the 45 is the same as the others this would be 15+1

The gun is a tactical model, has a standard 10+1 clip, but that mag with the grip extension makes it a 13+1. The mag is longer so the sleve extends the grip. It's nicer to sport shoot with but obviously the 10+1 clip is what I carry with.

i just picked up the sub compact 9 xd a few weeks ago and my buddy got the standard .45 xd last weekend, hope you like it as much as we do!

Very odd. SA has the 5" tactical on their website in 45 listed with 9+1.... but the stock pictures look different than what you posted. This looks much more like the XD 45 Compact (with a 4" barrel) which comes with the 10 rd clip and a 13 rd clip.

I double checked my mags, the 9mm extended clip does hold 15 (wanted to make sure)
