1990 Four Winns Horizon 200. Probably my worst purchase ever.

Previous owner (OSHP Trooper) said "I ran fine last year". He did n't mention that he forgot to winterize it.

Block cracked - replaced

Floatation foam saturated - replaced & floor rebuilt

I easily have twice as much into it as it is worth.
