whats up people? im ryan, and, although i drive a 93' geo beater(its a tracker, so at least its not a 3 banger!), i love all forms of racing. i plan on getting my A & P license so i can work on aircraft, then either getting an 05+ mustang for some road racing action, or a jeep cherokee/ford ranger to put a long travel suspension under. either way, the gas prices arent leaning in my favor!

I'd fight it in court. I'd find the prosecutor, say something to the effect of, "Hey, these two equipment violations are legit, but these moving violations he tacked on from two weeks prior are bogus and I'm prepared to fight them. I've got witnesses that'll put me somewhere not even close to where he said I was. The cop's wrong about them, and I won't have a hard time showing it. So, let's compromise, you agree to drop the bogus charges, and I'll agree to pay the fines for the equipment violations, and everyone's happy." If the prosecutor balks, then I'd enter a plea of not guilty, request a few weeks from the judge to prepare your case, and set about finding witnesses to vouch for your whereabouts on the day in question.

i have read about SEAL training, they have their respect from me he did awesome in the situation he was in but he never should have been put in that situation (lack of backup) and i didnt mean he should have died, i meant, with 4 ak47s being shot at him he should have died like his parter (and you cant simply brush it off as beating the odds, maybe the jihad suck at shooting or something), its hard to get that accross on the webz cliff notes: first post caused confusion, cleared it up above
