I've been in C'bus since the fall of '90 when I started college at Capital. I work as a network/server geek now. Has nothing to do with what I did on college, but that's how things work out sometimes. I went to OSU for a few years and got a private pilot license that I don't use either, but it was fun.
Anyhoo, I heard about CR at the Gearhead Gathering a few weeks ago. I enjoy pretty much any motor vehicle in air or the road no matter the manufacturer as long as the execution is well done. Heck, a gnarly well-built lawnmower engine has it's merits in my world. Personally, I like to drive somewhat uncommon stuff. If that stuff can manage to get out of it's own way, all the better. I also enjoy doing nearly all my own wrenching. As long as I have the proper diagnostic equipment and tools, I do my own work. It's an extension of the tinkering I do at work but on different hardware, so it comes naturally. <shrug>

I have a soft spot for hot hatchbacks and the rediculous. Right now, my fun vehicles include a 1986 Omni GLH-T and a '04 Ram SRT-10. I've done a few things to the Omni, but the Ram is all factory except the old-school Rat Fink antenna topper. I hope that doesn't void the warranty...
