Maybe I missed it, but I heard him say "The Provisions in Louisiana", not the anything about the Louisiana Purchase. While I don't like the guy, this is the kind of stuff that makes conservatives look like idiots. No where in that 20 second excerpt of a 10 minute interview, did he say anything about the Louisiana Purchase.
