  3. whats goin on guys, this is the official intro. Pretty much i learned about cr through te7two, he's been tellin me for a while about this place. I've attended a couple of columbus racing meets. I was at the very first cars and coffee and have showed up at some other random places. I had a very good time at all of them so i decided it's my time to join. I am currently a student at cscc, live in gahanna. On to the ride. I drive an 03 volkswagen gti 1.8t. Nothing too crazy just your basic bolt on goodies, jetta front end and the porsche twists. Here she is: on the way home from deals gap: http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp19/gstimpert/123.jpg other random shots: http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp19/gstimpert/1234.jpg http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp19/gstimpert/P1050590.jpg so yea thats it, flame suit equipped

  4. Well, it's actually in Cleveland now, but I'm in DC. I went to OSU for a while, joined the military and bounced around for 8 years, just bought a house in Upper Arlington and I'll be moving into it this winter. Feels good to be getting back to Ohio. I joined up because I was curious where the autocrosses in the area are... sorta hoping there's some right down the street at the Schott or something. I have 2 kids, a minivan, a corolla, and this Integra. Pictures are from the ITR Expo in Illinois a couple weeks back. I killed an ITR or two or all of them http://www.1320video.com/img/ITRExpo9/MG_1807.jpg http://www.1320video.com/img/ITRExpo9/MG_1854.jpg http://www.1320video.com/img/album04/MG_5116.sized.jpg http://www.1320video.com/img/ITRExpo9/MG_1956.jpg http://www.1320video.com/img/album04/IMG_4447.sized.jpg

  5. Hello Gang. Wanted to share with you some pricing for members of CR. To recieve this pricing you must be a member of the forum. For $65.00 you will recieve 4 baseline pulls with Air/Fuel and Boost. Remember that wideband sensor I use is an NTK sensor along with the AFM1000 from Powertrain Electronics. This is the same wideband used by Pickups Plus. Brady will tell you that this is regarded as on the best wideband 02 sensors setups. The boost sensor is from American Sensor Technologies and is accurate within a 1/10 of a psi. For the GM and Ford crowd I will also include free datalogging of the pcm so we can compare a/f's from the dyno pulls to what is being commanded by the pcm. This will be good information that can be used down the road should you decide to do a tune. I will also allow you to do 1 change in between your 4 pulls. Those changes include adjustment of ignition timing or fuel which is to be done by you. This can be done with either a fuel controller if you have one or an adjustment of fuel pressure or ignition timing with a timing light. If you have a pre programmed hand tuner you are welcome to make 1 set of changes as well. Below is an example of a graph you will recieve including detailed information of boost and a/f readings. http://75.180.27.125:50001/Dyno%20Graphs%20and%20Pictures./Dyno%20Graphs/Ryan%20Hill.jpg Please send me a PM here on CR to schedule your appointment.

  7. Thanks! Here's an older pic (before some detail work) of the "daily" wheels, although it's never really been a DD. (People seem to hate the yellow wheels, so I offer these up as an alternative ) http://steronz.com/gallery/albums/cars/integra/normal_IMG_5150.jpg

  9. I hope that it's a fun event for all: kids, spouses, sponsors. It's really not very well organized ... I've just asked friends to help. The trick was getting a weekend without CR conflicts that was also good weather. CR sponsors and mods have been great about helping, and I hope that more of us get to know each other. If that happens, it can only be win-win. Because my landlord is such a great guy, my place is an easy place to host an event. It seems like we always need restrooms/food/a place to get out of the sun/wind, a safe place for the little ones to play, plenty of space to park, room to get away from the crowd, etc. This spot has all of that, although I wish the fields were a little softer and plusher--they're kinda hard, but I doubt that the kids will mind much. Special thanks to Wyan and Corey for providing the dyno. I think it's great that some members on limited budgets will get the chance to dyno their cars. It's also good business for SloMo and the other sponsors who want to meet more potential customers. I hope that the prospect of a free dyno will bring out some of our members who might not attend otherwise. The tab for the whole event is not that high, and it's a small price for me to pay for all the fun and friendship that CR folks have provided me over this one year that I've been a member. I'm afraid I can't give you any advice on your car, I can't help you fix your car, I can't help you move stuff or push your car at the track, but at least I can buy you a sammich and give you a place to park your car and meet some like-minded friends.
