not sure if someone on here is still flagging his CL posts, but I don't think there is a need for it unless he owes you money or something... I told him I would stop once i got my money... which I did... but I guess he keeps gettin flagged and I know it's not me... so yea... if you are flagging his posts please let me know so I can bring it to his attention that there is someone else who he has something to settle with so he stops calling me and thinking I'm still doing it. thanks!

Update! I got cash in my pocket... he moneygram'd it over to me today as he said. He apologized for taking so long and gave me the full refund as promised, no questions. He was blowing up my phone because he wanted to let me know he was going to pay me today to clear this debt and what not. I can appreciate that he finally took care of it.

In other news... we spoke and he said he's going to go moneygram me a full refund within the next hour or so.... hopefully he comes through and I can post feedback.

I answered the phone for someone who called me about the couch and i asked him where he saw the ad and he said he called that number and the person gave him my number... he told me where he saw the ad. there were two people. he called me and said he wants to moneygram/western union/whatever the money to me asap to make this all go away... so I'll keep u guys posted.

heh. he left me a voicemail telling me that he was staring at a $250 usps money order right now that he had made out to me and he was going to mail it out right now but since i'm playing these games by flagging him he's thinking he should keep it for himself and yadda yadda. Right. I'm sure. Considring the dude doesnt even have my address.... I wonder where he was gonna send it to? Heard this story before. I wonder how he sleeps at night

pretty much. I told him i would keep doing what I'm doing til i got money in my hand. we kinda had a deal in december than he would give me $50/wk starting mid january... that day never came.. although like i said.. he claimed he sent a check once.. never saw it. No trk info. No nothing.

its amazing.. his shit gets flagged and then he FINALLY calls me back. I didnt answer but whatever. I didnt report him... I paid through paypal for some of the money and some was through parts from my busa. I got smy wheels back thankfully but they didnt have anything really done to them. he stripped them and one of them was coated but the coating was CRAP so i had my guy redo them. We almost came to an agreement a couple times.. then he got mad at me for flaggin his posts when half the time it wasnt me.. then he never paid me back like i said. now he's blowing my phone up as i type this.

Update.... no money has come from him and he stopped returning calls. He wanted to do a pay plan with me... $50/wk... but he couldnt even stick to that. One day he tells me check is in the mail, never comes... then he has more excuses. so... i still didn't get the refund he promised me a LONG time ago.. and had to file a dispute with my CC company before the 90 day statute is up... so thats where this had to go. He claimed he sent me a partial payment which i never got and its been almost 2 weeks since he supposedly mailed it. Full of lies and bullshit excuses. What a joker.

he IS the m&m bike guy i believe... he was selling the m&m plastics on craigslist... also.. waiting on my shipping info from him.. was supposed to send my rims and a money order back to me today.... so i'll keep u guys posted... if that doesnt work, anyone local have the time to go to wherever he is and pick my rims up and a money order or cash from him and send it to me1? again, thats if he doesnt come through

just talked to him... i guess i gotta give him that he's pretty good at calling me back and staying in touch. I told him i'm no longer interested in chroming the rims and he's going to send my wheels back and my cash back this week... so i'll keep ya guys posted. this guy has my zx6r wheels.... i sent them and after i sent them and some cash to get my rims chromed... i have been reading all sorts of posts all over the place about people unhappy with him and even got told im fucked by others. I'm freaking out that im losing cash, wheels, and parts on this deal... i hope he comes through and i will provide feedback accordingly....
