you do not have to show up to court if you pay the ticket before then. You only have to go to court if you wanna contest the ticket. I was not mad at the cop for writing me a ticket I know half the bcreek police force and my wife is a cop I understand they are just doing their job. I was pissed that I was on my death bed and this dueche comes to make me sign a ticket. And that is not an understatement on the death bed they discovered I was internally bleeding about 4 hours to late and had to due mass blood transfusions.

more than likely you will get a failure to control. I got in a wreck in my mustang i ended up on the wrong side of the road no body knows what happened i dont remember the whole day and none of the witness were any help and i still got cited. It sucks but thats the way it goes.
