haha, sounds like me after highschool. All the money I had saved up I blew on a bike (my F4i) and my truck. Bought the truck new and the bike was a year old. My buddy had a fairlane as one of his projects but he sold it a couple years ago. I drive a Grand Am too. 04 GT, daily driver

Its got a nice deep rumble at idle but not too loud. The sound at higher RPms isnt too bad. Not v8 sounding by any means but pretty good out of a 6. I heard a 3.8L camaro with a flowmaster at it didnt sound all that bad to be honest. Yeah the supercharger will light that truck up. I might do the gear change sooner tho. Thought about a small shot of nitrous just for fun lol

Under the hood of the truck is the 4.3 v-6 w/ 5 spd, with computer tune, headers and flowmaster cat back, ported/polished throttle body, cold air, granatelli MAF,

LS1 electric fans, and within the next year or two I plan on supercharging it and adding custom cam, tune, headwork, and rear end gear change.

Hey you commented on the color of my bike. It's red/white but now that you asked, I think Orange/white would look good. And my truck is just a static drop with spindles and blocks on top of the Zq8 suspension set up. It tucks the 20's perfect.
