I would comfirm that you have the correct spring rate using the calculator on Race Tech's website. From everything I have heard, today's sportbikes are set up for 150 pound riders. If you dont, I suggest getting the correct weight and making sure your preload is set right. You can also increase the length of the preload spacer in your forks too if you run out of adjustment. Or try using a taller preload spacer on the stock springs as a cheap way of doing it. But I would stay with the reccomended oil weight no matter what. Like Lizard said, you can also increase the amount of fork oil to stiffen up also. And Forks are easy to rebuild. Just take your time and pay attention on how everything came apart.

As for trail braking, I trail with my rear brakes in a lot of the tighter turns but I tend to get on the brakes late too, which makes my entry speed higher. If I didnt use my rear brake, I would have ran off the road many times. If you use the rear brake, its easier to control the front of the bike but have to be careful not to apply too much rear brake and lock it up. It took le a long time to get use to using or at least covering the rear incase I need it, but it really helped my cornering.

If it makes you feel any better, That same turn took me by suprise also. It has been forever since we rode those roads. I remembered about the bike path and slowing for that, but the turn itself suprised me since it has been a while. I wouldnt have seen it if I wasnt right behind Nick, John, and Derrick.

I voted when the polls opened. I got there about 5 miniutes early ant the line was pretty long. It took 45 minutes to get thru and when I came out, the line was twice as long as it was when I got there. There were a few pissed off people that waited in the wrong line and then just left because they didnt want to wait in line again. And at my polls, McCain was at the bottom and Nobama was at the top. I was suprised at all the other people running for president that I have never heard of before, other than Ralph Nader.

Yeah When I saw her on the side of the road, my heart dropped out of my chest it felt like. I was like Oh shit!!! I almost didnt see her, and when I didnt see her bike, I knew it was bad. The one cop was cool but the other was a duche. John asked the cop if he could call AAA and have the bike towed somewhere. the cop said that he already called it in and John told him he had AAA and was gonna have it towed for free. The cop told him that he could give him his AAA info when they showed up to get the bike and they would take his AAA then. Well, the wrecker came and they told John they would not accept his AAA for the tow since it was called in by the cops. That one cop was a dick for calling it in because now Danielle has to pay to get it out of the impound and for the tow, even tho it could have gotten picked up for free if he would have let John call for the wrecker.
