It sound like your talking about the houses off of hardy parkway which are in the 120-150k range. Great starter houses but certainly not what I would consider nice. The nice part of grove city is all south of stringtown. My development has several 300k plus houses, as does Margies Cove, Marthas Woods, The Pinnacle, and the houses across from the high school. Hoover Park and Hoover crossing homes are all probably in the 220-260k range. Indian trails further down Hoover by 665 has some nice homes as well. According to an article in the dispatch the 43123 zip code is the hottest selling zip code in central ohio right now. If the city was such a shithole they wouldnt be building an easton style mall with 200-300k condos surrounding it.

Depending on what code you use there is a nice autotune feature that can help you build the table. More than likely someone else with a similar setup can give a msq file to start with and you can customize it to your application. My VE table was from an eclipse with a smaller turbo and different injectors and I have just been tweaking it. Saturday night I really got the WOT bins into a much safer af range and it actually feels like the car has come to life. The logging feature is great for getting the car dialed in.

Advancing timing will lower egt's. Retarding timing will raise them. My egt's at WOT are in the 1600 range. I plan on adding a degree or two to lower them a bit. My af's are good so i'm not super worried but I'd like them to be a touch lower. If you don't have forged internals i'd watch how high they are getting. You using the MS to advance the timing?
