  1. I commute everyday rain or shine and always ride with a nike backpack, it has mesh on the straps and back and is really comfortable on hot sticky days as well. If I ride mainly the highways for overnights, I use the same thing. But if I am doing serious ride with all leathers in twisties I prefer nothing.

  2. Hey magley, it was nice to meet you as well. I am so sorry that I couldn't chat longer as my daughter tagged along as mom was working. Still we had a goodtime.

Here is the picture of the magley's Honda blackbird, Kosmo's Kawi ZZR and my little biker babe Disha who refused to move away :)

  4. I always pull over/make space and wave them to pass by....yesterday I got the same treatment from two people on OH97, waved and beeped to thanks....it makes me feel good to see these people among the damn cagers !!

  5. Well that Knights Inn is now Motel6. Every room were filled up with bikers and, nice people not squids, were from Michigan, Wisconsin, WV, Penn as well, party right there. The rooms were OK and clean, wasn't asking for anything more in that price. Did the rally :repent:...man probably just five sportsbike....a group of five came in saw the shit and left. We were riding under speed limit....park avenue was full of people...nothing insane lots of families and lots of popos...drank a few beer....Saturday the breakfast club took the stage..listened to some Bon Jovi and Poison and left safe and sound.

  6. I checked in around 5PM yesterday at the Knights Inn, now Motel6 on the Trimble Road. It's not bad...as soon as I checked in my next door offered me a beer :D All bikers and quite a party...profile 50/50 with squid...and

My wife and kid arrived in the car an hour later. We went to the Park Ave party and came back around 11.00. Insane patrol, cops and I am sure some are dick so guys be careful...saw some nice Busa's and ZX14s. Way to many Harleys......

I am heading out right now, I will put on the ohioriders cap for sure:D

  7. Not surprised....I was just riding down from work in the evening. Stopped at a redlight intersection. A guy in a rusty S10 on the other street while turning showed me a finger.....either the issue here, did not like the shiny bike or else my skin color as I am an Indian.....well I live with that.

  8. Well I got that 90mph ticket on the rainy day. Just came back from the court. No contest but still 4 points and 125 fine + 49 court cost=174 ouch...

    I just had 2 points before...so 6 total...got to be careful a while I guess

  9. Well, I found what may be the toughest set of curves on Ohio, which is Rt.536, down in the southeast portion of the state. One curve even has a STOP sign, if what I read about it is true. If we ever went down that way, plan on it being an all-day event. It's part of a loop of sorts so it will be easy to get back home, and there are over 100 turns in 12 miles. Crazy shit right there. If you master that then it's time to race. I'm glad we all had a great time today. Rt.9 gets even better, from what I hear. Next time we shall take it till it ends. Life is short...

I am so fired up, whenever you guys plan count me in. I was just looking and that buckeye hills region, south-eastern ohio have some nice twisties, I am gonna curve em all......Yes, I am up for all day rides.

  10. Would that group of sport bikes happen to have been about 5 bikes?

Nope three...with one blue R6 rest no clue I was curving....:D

The ladies group ... the leader was on a lime green Ninja 250, rest either I didn't see or register :dunno:

  11. Just got home at 5.40, 307 miles ride from my door to door :D

Thanks so much Madmax...awesome backroad selection, sweeping twisties on 164, lots of elevation changes and some straight blasts, not to mention the scenic beauty......thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it...sometimes I was smiling. On 43 at the last leg me and Cleavethegreat saw three girls on Ninja 250s?? Other than three other around Atwood lake....rest Harleys. Our final thought of the day was......well I better not offend the sportbike riders ;)
