Runs like a champ until you run it at 70mph for a while then it gets a bit hot.
Depends I want 1200 but in its current shape with parts 1000 is what I would want.
On the cb350f the top triple clamp is prone to breakage it took me three bikes to find one in one piece.
Columbus toward Worthington

Plus it was raining yesterday and this morning. That makes OR people stir crazy.
ha i rode both days rain make you appreciate the dry days. and 8 hours at a job in a basement doing data entry make a person stir crazy
when OR members smell blood in the water they strike. i remember back in the day i got my ass sand papered by Kenny now there was an asshole and sometimes i think that is missing so i say break out the 220 grit every now and then and liven up the place.

I'm gonna' kick someone in the balls if they keep referring to scooters as less-than-sportbikes. I bet my scoot has better handling' date=' better brakes and better style points than half the shitbox "motorcycles" on this board.
[/quote']
well when you take your man card away i guess you lose the ability to operate a clutch and have to ride the "simple" 2 wheeled vehicles. next you will be saying look at my scooter it has training wheels so it doe snot fall over like your crappy bikes. and we will all look at you pat your head and say it is a nice scooter would you like some candy little boy.

bs cruisers are the bane of all proper riders they ride antiquated bike that leak more oil then the exon Valdez and sped more time in parking lots then on the road. they should just sell their bikes to me really cheap. yep really cheap so i can join the oh my back does not hurt from riding 600 miles crouched over club, or i can say holy shit i made it there unlike my 39 year old honda cb350f that breaks down more than an AMF harley davidson.
that said if you have thin skin act like an ass hat and think you are not going to get called on it on the internet then yes we have have issues with cruiser riders, squids, yut uggh wannabies, cafe racer wrecks waiting to happen in a 70's era sparkly helmet, and lastly anyone who cant take a joke.
OR welcomes anyone and will help anyone if they just be themselves. we have had some of the nicest people here that were hurt or lost interest because of ass hat wing poachers. so in all honesty everyone is welcome just take the internet with a grain of salt as we are more then often all trolls here.

clubs are fine and dandy, i don't think anyone here has a single problem with them. it just every spring we have a few new members that join and then pimp their events and such, catch some flack then get offended.
this group is tends to be a safety oriented group and any event that combines drinking and riding is generally frowned upon.
i think you will be fine here
-
well shit you might like it here then just be careful not to feed the trolls
-
welcome
you do not have an awesome club that you would like to let everyone know about do you? if so i might hold on to that tid bit until you get a feel for the site
-
i see what you did there

Just a bump for Dale, if you have not been to his shop its a nice place and i cant think of a better place to talk guns for a bit.

compared to most modern 600's the sv is under powered, but 68 horse power and 42 foot pounds of torque is still plenty for most daily riding needs and 55-65 mpg is not bad to boot.

i will tell her if you buy me this

i have ridden my sv to Washington and back without issue, change the oil and tires and it will run well into the zombie apocalypse. that said ride what you like
