    I guess this is going to be another pissing match between the Ohio Riders and the Junkies? Mello was just trying to be nice and post up a video of the OH Riders and all people want to do is bash it.

    You complain that the Junkies are this fucked up idiotic group riding outside their limits on back roads, but if I remember correctly the only person who went down the day the video was taken was an OH Rider on a red CBR. An who fixed the bike so the guy could get home? Proplayer513 and I (an avid Junkie) rode 25mins to get some JB Weld and then Gixxie750 (Junkies Pres) plugged the hole in his radiator. But remember, the Junkies are just a bunch of hooligans...

    As for using the Ohio Riders name, last time I checked I was a member of the OH riders so that would give me or anyone else who is a member the right to use the name however we want. The name is not Trademarked. If so, then ban me. I'm sure that I can speak for some of the other Junkies on this.

    For some reason I feel like the Assfault Junkies have been placed into the same category as outlaw biker gangs (ie. Hells Angles, ect...). If you don't want to ride with us that's fine just keep you bitching and moaning to yourselves. No one wants to hear it and nothing you say is going to change who we are and how we ride.

    Once again, a thread posted on the OH riders site meant for good has turned into a pissing match.

    Well, I speak and read Arabic (for the most part), but I get your point. You are right, if it was JUST a decal I would have just pulled it off, but they clear coated over them...

    I didn't pay $600 to settle for a fucked up product. If the workers couldn't read the decals, then they should have been show the right way to do it.

    They offer to send you new fairings and you think that was less than satisfactory? Shit happens but at least they wanted to make it right. I think you over reacted just a bit. Now' date=' because of your apparent lack of reasoning skills, you have to pay extra shipping fees. They made a mistake and were willing to make it right by you. You refused a completely reasonable resolution and they are the "STUPID Chinese Fucks"??

    I placed a best offer bid and didn't win the auction. They called me and the who transaction took place over the phone and through email. It was a CUSTOM job because they didn't offer the flames for the '05 R1. I plan on calling paypal tomorrow morning.

    As most of you know I ordered a set of fairings off eBay from a company called "Motofansclub168, or Motofansclub". when I first dealt with the company I was very pleased with the customer service and felt like I got a GREAT deal. I waited a month for the parts to come in and It was like an early Christmas. I cut open the box with the side fairings in it and this is what I got...

    An as for the SIDI decal being UPSIDE DOWN; well I guess they were just anticipating me looping the bike so everyone could read it.

    I recently ordered a set of fairings from your company. It was the black and red flame style for an '05 R1. Half of my package arrived today and I have found a FOUR SERIOUS flaws.

    On the lower fairing on both sides the "SIDI" decal has been applied UPSIDE DOWN and "ALPINESTARS" is MISSPELLED!!!!

    Attached are pictures of the mistakes. Please advise me on how your company will accommodate for these mistakes.

    I also found it interesting that your company does not sell Yamaha fairings anymore. Is that a coincidence?

    Please wait, we do not work on Saturday or Sunday.

    That proceeded to just PISS me off so I told them that I just wanted my money back. We kept emailing each other back and forth with them making offers like throwing in a screen, tank pad, frame sliders, and then they even offered to send me new Lowers but I had to pay for the shipping ($50) and I could keep the F'ed up ones.

    You know, I bought a set of fairings with the confidence that my product would be correct when I received it. I feel that I should not settle for a product that I is not acceptable. From talking to friends who paint it is going to cost almost as much to fix YOUR mistake as it did to buy and ship the product to me. At this point I am very disappointed in the quality that I received. If you wish to compensate me you may pay for the shipping so that I can return your product.

    The shop manager calls me and tells me that my product is not returnable and that they are going to just send me the new lowers.

    (ME and I quote!)

    "Fuck that! I would be embarrassed to represent your company by putting your "SHIT" on my bike. I want a full refund!"

    After we argued for about ten minutes I finally got my way and am going to get a full refund for my parts. The SHITY thing is that I am out $220 for the shipping that it cost to get them here and i have to ship them back.

    My advice is to spread the word about this SHITTY company and their piss poor quality. You could see on the upper side where they cut a hole in a piece of paper and just sprayed the hole. there was a gap between the red flame and the black.

    So, I feel a little better now that I have spilled my gut to everyone. Sorry it was so long.

    Got ya. Thanks for explaining.

    One quick question:

    Getting into Air National Guard would require going thru a Air Force recruiter...yes?

    Air National Guard is more likely than the Ohio National Guard to relocate me to another state,...yes or no?

    Yes, the Air Guard has recruiters just like the Army.

    You pic your duty station based on your MOS in the Guard. It's not like Active Duty where your name goes into a pot and you end up where you end up. Depending on what you do you would probably be at Wright Paterson AFB in Dayton.

    They will try and have you pic a duty station within 50 miles of your house (for safety reason) but, my First Sergeant lives in FL and flies to KY every month. lol It's all up to you really.

    Yesterday went very well with the recruiter. I am looking thru the MOS's still.

    Here are some I am thinking on:

    Armament Repair

    Ammunition Specialist

    Small Arms/Artillery Repairer

    Signal Suppot System Specialist......describe this one if you can??

    Mental Health Specialist

    Radiology Specialist

    these are just ones that jump out at me. i haven't talked any of them over with recruiter, but that may be better anyway. i want to chose the ones i may like before he informs me of where i may or may not fit in best.

    going to visit the akron/canton drilling location Saturday .

    Signal Support deals with radios and communications such as SINGAR Radios (radios in the HUMMVS and such).

    The advice is appreciated! I am making a list.......anything else you would have done different? Throw it out. I am listening.

    I like the 31B MP. Don't know if I am cut out for it? We'll see where I fit in, but I desire to get into something that will be good for long term also.

    Air National Guard?....um, I don't know too much in that department.

    I will ask recruiter to take me to the unit where I would be drilling. Thanks for bringing that up.

    I only read your first post and then skipped the rest of the thread so if I am repeating some one I apologize.

    I am an MP and I just got back from Iraq in June. If you can keep your mouth shut and do what you are told when you are told to do it you will be fine. The Drill Sergeants are there to make you succeed not fail.

    If you want to know what being an MP is like, read the definition for the infantry and take out the marching. It's hardcore shit that will be the best time of your life.

    "90% of the fighting forces in Iraq are doing MP missions." (General Petraeus, July 2008) if that puts things in perspective.

    If you have any questions at all, I will be more than happy to help. I am a recruiting assistant and have put 5 people in since 2006.

    So I talked to a guy in their customer service and told him I had a change of heart. I really like the '07-'08 flame job but they didn't offer it for my '05. For $30 more bucks this is what She'll look like.
