So...my grandfather passed away today, and he was in the Navy during WWII. I'm trying to figure out if there is any military organization that does anything for vets funerals. Someone told me that they will send you a flag to drape over the casket that was flown over the US Capital, but he wasn't sure who to talk to in order to get it. If anyone could direct me to who I need to talk to, or if there is anything else that the military does in this type of situation, please let me know Edit: The funeral is this wednesday, so I'm kind of in a hurry.
