  1. Phil knows about that better than anyone else on here
  2. I don't know about the factory speakers, but the standard for aftermarket is 4 ohm. Sometimes you can find some weird shit out there though. Of course, if you throw in an aftermarket stereo, it will be 4 ohm output. Now, using 4 ohm speakers when the originals are 2 ohm, the only issue you will run into is that there will be less power going to the speakers. The only time you have to worry about hurting the amp, is if you go down in resistance, going up shouldn't hurt it at all.
  3. 21 - 7, still in the first quarter and I need to get ready for work. Have fun guys, I get to watch the OSU game tomorrow morning on the DVR
  4. God damn son, Michigan sucks
  5. http://smiliesftw.com/x/big_rofl.gif Just happened AGAIN, 14 - 0 ND, with 11 minutes left in the first quarter
  6. Who do you root for in this game? It's like watching the special olympics. Both teams are pretty bad, and michigan just handed over the ball and allowed a TD because they can't figure out what the wet stuff falling from the sky does to them.
  7. I just paid $3.95, jumped from about $3.70 yesterday evening.
  8. Agreeing with LJ on the post above, but I would like to add that because of the refinery shutdown, there are now overstocks on crude. The price of a barrel finally touched $99.99 today, and now with the lack of refinery capacity it SHOULD drop more, since its just going to sit. But in the short term, all that matters is that there will be less tankers able to deliver fuel to your local gas station, and THAT is what is going to hurt. Once the refineries start cranking it back up, the price SHOULD drop lower than its been this entire year. Which brings me to my next point - why aren't there any refineries in the midwest, like here or WV or Indiana, where we don't get fucking natural disasters EVERY YEAR?
  9. And here is why its going up, even with Crude prices dropping http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D935CIKO0&show_article=1

  12. As far as handguns go, the larger the frame, the less felt recoil. For a small woman, 9mm would be the easiest round to shoot thats still going to be enough to stop someone, so long as its filled with good home defense rounds. Handguns are also the easiest walk around with, shotguns tend to be heavy and hard to handle is close quarters. There are many good handguns out there, some that I would suggest (and all in full frame size): Glock H&K USP Springfield XD (I have one and love it) Hi-Power Smith & Wesson MP series Ruger P Series Sig Walther P99 My personal favorite is the 1911 platform. The cheapest one you are going to find in your average gun shop would probably be the Springfield GI. These are going to be chambered in .45ACP, but the recoil honestly isn't all that bad. .40 has worse recoil than 9mm or .45ACP. If she really wants a smaller framed gun, look for something in .380, which is a shorter version of 9mm. A very good example of this is the Bersa Thunder. There's really a wide variety of good guns out there, but expect to spend no less than $400 on a quality gun, although there can be exceptions to that.
  13. Austin, we're going clay shooting with one of those. I'll buy ammo and clays, all you gotta do is show up with a saiga or two
  14. I hate you Austin Oh, have you been on the Saiga forum? Someone is making parts now that make it so you can convert them beyond easy now, looks like no more welding, which means you can do it on the cheap yourself
  15. I need some good optics for my .17hmr Any suggestions? I've got the same Savage you guys have.
  16. I wish I could find a Saiga 12....can't afford one though. Saiga .410 or 20 guage would be great for home defense. Oh, and don't forget a good flashlight.
  17. I'm about to go dump some tea in the harbor
  18. I'm still not clicking any of your links until you can spell the woman's name right.

  20. I guess we just send the entire neighborhoods to jail then. They all must be guilty of something, right?
  21. Not watching because no matter what, Biden will always be a giant douche that hates the Constitution.
  22. More people don't have full auto because it costs too fucking much. I could buy a brand new car for the price of a REAL Thompson. The license for dealing in weapons is called an FFL, and there are different levels for normal weapons, for class 3 weapons such as full auto, and a different one for manufacturing. For an individual to purchase a class 3 weapon, its exactly as Kenny said. Get signed off by your chief LEO (such as a Sheriff), pass a background check and pay your $200.
  23. Sounds like you need to sell about 300 hotdogs to pay for the ticket
