The accident on 71n and gemini happened a few mins before I got off. it was def a cruiser. my mom who has a hd and been in that scene all her life said the rider had 2x the legal limit in his blood. there were actually two bikes down but one was the buddy who ran back to help.

i agree fully about wearing gear. my friend and i had this discussion a few days ago... when in your life do you say you know sunglasses, tee and shorts is cool to ride in... when you think that short harmless ride, were your not going to go fast turns into the free feeling. I have done it, went to blockbuster or iron pony somewhere within 20 miles of the house. but after reading this and thinking about all the dumb shit i do on my bike I am gearing up for sure from now on...

Ok I agree that helmets are important but the car pulled out in front of the bike. They should be arrested for vehicular manslaughter. thats the bullshit, there is no talk of charges being pressed... nice yeah my bike is streched...no wheelies for me. But lets see in the short time I have owned it...keep in mind I rode in FLA when i lived there a few years ago, but haven't ridin in a couple years.. OHSHP has issued me... 84(104) in a 65 on 270 I was with 2 other riders and a car merged into my lane 2 of us accelerated and I was first. I stopped thinking Trooper saw the car, and he says I have to give you a ticket cause normally I wouldn't. Then 2 weeks later... I was going to work wed(this past) at 330am, and OHSHP "paces" me from sancus to the other side of Lyra Dr, next to speedway. 75 in a 45 and No Ops cause I was driving on my permit...off topic...is that really no ops? So I think I will take my chance in FLA, man i would hate to become one of the fleeing types. I guess I could go the speed limit. I hate riding alone...lol.

i would claim it right away. there really is no reason i can think of at least to wait. i mean if they find it tonight then what? your going to call and say my bike was stolen and wrecked(not hoping for) but i got it back and i swear i wasn't on it... I wouldn't take that chance. File the claim we are all praying they find your bike but cover yourself. I have a beat ass ranger that you could borrow if you need it. its not the prettiest or very reliable but i mean it drives...sometimes.

Hey I am Josh aka janky1. I am actually moving back to FLA next month but Steven (smokeshank) I think is hes OR name told me about the site after I got my bike so seeing how I feel safer speeding, i mean riding in groups...lol, i figured i would get on here and make some new friends.

poor mans gps is better than nothing. the only problem is with a bike you have to be super creative. sucks to here its your only transportation.

man that sucks. I am new to the cbus bike scene..first post...and this is scarry. I worry when i leave mine outside anywhere. I live in polaris and will keep my eyes peeled. I have a cbr1000rr so I am always lookin harder at fellow hawks, just to see if I am sweeter...lol. JK.
