I remember a write up some where a guy wrecked his 14 and he had the same issues ended up that the tip over sensor was stuck

I've rode with several people on here with sv650's and those bikes can run and they handle great

Seriously though what are you basing this on? I had a ninja 650r and I thought it was fairly quick then I rode with some guys 1 on zx9 and 1 on t595 I found out the 650r was a dog. If your happy with your bike then don't worry about it..... but if you start comparing it to bigger bikes or even supersport 600's your going to find yourself wanting something more.
